During this Whitsun weekend we will dive deep into an integrated practice of yoga, including an optional silent walk in nature every morning. There will be time to enjoy the peace of the Chateau and its beautiful garden, take a walk in the surrounding countryside or enjoy a massage. 3 freshly prepared vegetarian meals a day.

The focus here is to help you deepen your experience of yoga and its spiritual dimensions. Experience and practice are often the two best teachers: “Education is not the amount of information that is packed into your brain and remains there undigested playing havoc for the rest of your life. Beautiful golden light, silvery-shimmering Olive groves, hidden beach coves with a turquoise-blue sea and long stretches of sandy beach - these are all perfect ingredients for a Yoga holiday away from the stresses and strains of daily life.
You will stay in the newly-opened Club Mythos Corfu situated in the picturesque village of Arillas. Centrally situated and yet peaceful and quiet. The beach, cafés, bars and little shops are just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is surrounded by olive groves and offers its guests the opportunity to relax on the beach or enjoy long walks to hidden coves or old mountain villages.

The schedule offers five hours of integrated yoga practice daily: In the morning, three hours dynamic Hatha Vinyasa Flow including meditation and pranayama - in the evening two hours restorative and Yin Yoga.
Claire’s teaching focuses on correct alignment in order for optimal breathing and flow of energy to take place. Each and every moment on or off the mat is an opportunity to live and breathe freely - it begins with conscious placement of the body, evening out imbalances and ultimately finding peace of mind! Claire adapts her classes to suit the needs of the participants and where necessary provides modifications of positions so that each participant is able to practice at his level of experience and deepen his experience.
The fee is € 980.– per person.

Take part in this intense Yoga week at In Sabina, one hour North of Rome in Italy. By withdrawing from daily life for a week and diving deep into an integrated practice, you will be able to connect to a space within, which is unique and not always possible in daily life. This connection gives you the chance to experience a taste of freedom, whether on your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.
Claire offers you an integrated practice that creates conscious awareness at every level: body, mind, emotions, and soul. All that, through moments of silence in meditation, moments of focus in pranayama (breath work), through the precise practice of asana (Yoga postures), with focus on alignment and moments of reflection through the philosophy classes. This approach allows you to slowly feel whole again.
This will enable you to experience and walk away with a real sense of who and what you are at this moment in your life. This allows a deep connection to spirit, to the breath within, which brings a sense of serenity and harmony to the whole system as you slowly begin to integrate the various aspects of yourself.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of practitioner, except absolute beginners. All classes will be taught in English. Claire is fluent also in German and French, in case of Q&A in between the classes.

Exceptions to the schedule:
• On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, we will finish after the morning practice to help body and mind to recover. There is the option to spend the day on the beach or in Rome.
• On Friday, October 26, 2018 the group traditionally goes out to a quaint little restaurant where everyone pays for themselves. Usually the group goes to a cozy Pizzeria nearby and the costs for the meal and the taxi is around 30 Euro.
